With 16 years of experience in the BPO, financial services and manufacturing industries, Anurag Sharma joins Inventurus as Vice President of Training & Quality with a focus on making training & quality a strategic advantage to achieve superior outcomes and rigor. Anurag is also responsible for driving organizational development initiatives such as career path and leadership development which are critical to our people first initiatives.

Prior to Inventurus he was Vice President Recruitment & Training at Intelenet Global Services where he was instrumental in setting up a centralized team that catered to hiring and training about 1000 employees/month pan India. In this role Anurag had successfully transitioned several processes across the Healthcare, Banking & Finance Services and Travel industries. He has also worked at Capital One Bank, Honeywell and Hindustan Unilever in vendor management and business development roles.

Anurag has an MBA from University of Maryland and has done his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering. He will be based out of our Mumbai, India office.
