Sachin co-founded Inventurus and has led the company since inception enabling it to emerge as one of the leaders in the knowledge based Healthcare Business Process Outsourcing industries.

Sachin brings with him over a decade of experience in the outsourcing services industry. He started his career in IT outsourcing helping Fortune 500 and Global 1000 Corporations like GE, ABN AMRO Bank, Beverly Enterprises, and Home Depot, efficiently leverage the global sourcing model.

Sachin has run multi-geography P&Ls for large publicly traded global IT and Business Process outsourcing companies like Lionbridge. He has built and promoted outsourcing companies from scratch like Majoris (now Valtech) and has worked in early captive Indian operations for US companies like Selectica. Sachin’s expertise lies in structuring and running outsourcing relationships for optimal cost and quality performance for customers while delivering sustainable economic value for the service providers.

Also, having run large multi-geography outsourcing programs spanning the USA, India, Eastern Europe, China and Brazil, Sachin has deep experience in appropriately leveraging the various emerging offshore services destinations.

Based in New York City, Sachin spends one week a month in India, building a single culture across Inventurus’ global delivery centers and teams.
